Rose Window Studio – Policies

1. FINALIZE YOUR DESIGN & APPROVE ORDERS
All orders must be accompanied by a finalized design or artwork concept.

We provide a digital proof or mock-up for your review before production begins. Approval is required to start crafting your stained glass piece.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays in production.

2. SECURE PAYMENT & DEPOSITS
Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm all orders.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Large or custom projects may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipment or pickup.

3. TIMELINES & TURNAROUND
Standard turnaround time for stained glass projects varies based on size and complexity but is typically 4–8 weeks after design approval.

Rush projects may be accommodated for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Production time may also vary depending on glass selection, design intricacy, and material availability.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

Refunds or credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect pieces.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
Due to the custom nature of stained glass, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

If your order arrives with errors or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work to correct the issue promptly.

6. ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide artwork or designs that they own or have the rights to use.

Rose Window Studio is not responsible for copyright violations on submitted designs.

We reserve the right to refuse creation of pieces featuring offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP
Orders can be shipped or picked up at our studio.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and fragility of the piece.

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or handling issues.
